Exchanges and Returns

• Should you wish to exchange or return your online purchase, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that items are returned to us in their original condition. Please contact us by mail or whatsappquoting your order number to arrange your exchange or return. Please note that refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and can take up to 10 working days after we receive it back and the product condition should be as below mention.

 

• The jewellery item will go through Quality Control prior to the exchange or return being processed. We cannot accept exchanges or returns on items that have been customised, worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse exchanging or returning any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements according to our sole discretion.

 

 

Refund

• You will get your refund after up to 7 working days after we receive back and in good condition(mentioned in return policy)
• Any additional charges like gift pack, certification will not be refund.
• In Other country location excluding USA , both time shipping charges will not be refund.
